Susannah (Miller) Lee Acton

BiographySusannah Miller was the elder of two daughters born to Hannah Black of Norwich and Sir Thomas Miller (1735-1816), 5th Bart., of Lavant, near Chichester, and of Froyle, Hampshire. Her father was a member of parliament for Portsmouth and Lewes. In April or May 1787 she married Nathaniel Lee Acton (1757-1836) of Livermere Park (Ipswich) and Bramford, Suffolk. She died in 1789 after two years of marriage. Her husband subsequently married Penelope Rycroft.
